2020 has been a weird year... As an eternal extrovert, I miss my people the most. My favorite part of a SHRM or DisruptHR meeting is the connection and conversation with my other HR peeps.
This desire is what led to the Rebel Human Resources Podcast. I am so impressed with the things that HR can do within an organization and community. Through this podcast, we are able to discuss some of these topics with awesome guests and learn from their stories and experiences. When I pitched the idea to my DisruptHR co-founders, I think they thought "Oh Great, another of Kyle's crazy ideas." So here we go again... Check out our first episode! I just hope it's not boring...
