Who is Kyle Roed?Kyle Roed is a forward-thinking leader who is passionate about transforming the world of work. He is the founder of Human Innovation, LLC, a company dedicated to driving change through innovative people practices and promoting a more humane workplace. As the Vice President of Human Resources for CPM Holdings, Inc., Kyle oversees HR operations for 33 locations in 14 countries, using his experience in progressive HR roles for Fortune 500 companies to bring strategic and effective leadership to his team.
Kyle's dedication to change is also evident in his community involvement, as he co-founded the non-profit Cedar Valley Kids, which seeks to provide affordable daycare centers in the Cedar Valley area. Additionally, he is the co-founder of Disrupt HR - Cedar Valley and the host of the Rebel HR Podcast. Kyle holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, and he is certified as a Professional in Human Resources from HRCI and a Society for Human Resources Certified Professional from SHRM. |
