Kyle Roed, PHR, SHRM-CP
Kyle Roed is the Vice President - Human Resources for CPM Holdings, Inc. In this role, he oversees the aspects of Human Resources for 27 domestic and international locations in 11 countries. Kyle previously held progressive HR roles for Fortune 500 organizations, most recently as the Sr. Manager – Human Resources for Omega Cabinetry.
Kyle is a board member of the Cedar Valley Society for Human Resources Management, and Co-Founder of Disrupt HR – Cedar Valley. Kyle is the creator and host of the, Rebel HR Podcast. Kyle also serves his community as a board member of the State Rehabilitation Council and Cedar Valley Kids.
Kyle received his Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, and holds the certificates of Professional in Human Resources from HRCI and Society for Human Resources Certified Professional from SHRM.
